Actually, the lyrics of this song reminds me of my second patient that I had interview when taking physical diagnosis (PD). Take note, he was still my second patient. It's not about the health status of the patient, but on their general family status. The patient was just suffering from mild fever for 5 days. No serious threat to think.

Upon asking 'bout his family background, I noticed that the patient was already hesitant to answer me straight. Minutes after, his dad and a younger brother came. I was somehow glad so I could even ask some info to either of his dad or sibling. But his dad was in a rush, and was just came to bring some foods and stuffs to be used for the patient. Thence, I asked his 16-year old brother. First I asked 'bout the names of their parents. He was still enthusiastic to answer, off course, who wouldn't be then if interviewed by SDWHH. LOL! Yeah, was at first seeing his smiles. But as I asked him if who are they living with, thence he just bowed and almost not to look at me. He was hesitant and almost unable to open his mouth saying that he's only with his eldest brother (the patient), elder brother, younger sister and their dad. And continued saying that his mum is with another family since he was 3 years old. After he uttered that and while looking at his face, I didn't notice the tone of my voice changed and suddenly, a tear fell in my paper. Just that time, a classmate of mine tapped me in my shoulder and whisper to turn back and never let patients see me crying.

And after that event, my classmates are teasing me, "I cried a tear..the PATIENT wiped it dry". hehe. They even added, "IT'S NOW THE DOCTOR WHO'LL BE COMFORTED BY THE PATIENT". LOL!

Yeah, I easily cry. I have a very soft tear bag. Could you believe, that by watching alone with those emo movies could make me cry like end of the world? haha. I was really touched with the coping strategies of the patient's brother. He's still 16 years old. He stopped schooling. But he already accepted that life is simple as no mother.
